Happy Holidays!

Dear Bloggy,

Happy Holidays from the new Christmas present (from the great Santa Claus, naturally). Presenting (dadaDAAA) the 2go pc, where the keyboard is about the size of one and half of my hands (I have little hands...) and sounds like a little mouse or something running across the tile. This present totally caught me off guard but I already love it.

Today has been fantastic. I'm a bit tired from snoozing until 1 Am to "Elf" and "A Christmas Story" with the family last night, but it's been fun playing with all the new toys, talking to the family, and watching my nieces and nephews in their-uh-festivities. I love Christmas, even if I get really sick of performing for all those events.

This year wasn't too bad, it went really quick. I survived Finals, I had a paid gig for the United Baptist Church, and I got offered full ride to ASU. Though I had a bit of tumultous problems that involved me considering ditching some dear close friends of mine, I resolved that if any problems did show up again, I had less than eight months to bear any of it. Despite my unsatisfactory social situation at school (What do you expect? I'm a senior!) at times, I found joy with friends outside of class. And I can't be upset during Christmas, it's just impossible to be troubled about much anything. Also I'm on break and taking a break from every form of stress. I'm happy.

A month or so ago I had a first. My first concert. Not the standard symphonies, musicals, or things pertaining to classical culture, a rock concert. Yes, I went to Ben Folds. Thanks to Ryan and poor Kendahl being too sick to go. It was really good and definately proved that good music is always better live. I never really listened to them before so I have picked a few ones that I really like and acknowledge their amazing piano skills and musical talent.

So yeah, not much else has happened. Happy Holidays!
