there are a few things in this world that truly scare me

Dear 98% of my Peers Who are {Engaged} or [Married],

You scare the heebie-geebies out of me and I deeply worry about you. As for you 2%, I'm very happy for you and trust you are making a right choice. But seriously, wouldn't we all be a bajillion times cooler if we all went out and did something in the world and married at age 24+? Or at least dated these individuals longer than two months (Like maybe six months to a year)? Just a thought. Kthxbai.
